Executive Catch-Up

Stop experimenting.Start working differently.

Four hands-on weeks that teach you and your team a repeatable way to turn real work, context, and judgment into AI systems you can design, test, and improve yourselves.

Bringing a team? See the company cohort.

How the four weeks work

Four weeks of doing, not watching.

No lectures, no slide decks. Each week introduces a practical pattern, puts it to work across real builds, and leaves every participant with AI systems they can keep using. As the builds change, the method becomes theirs.

01Week 1

Build your foundation

Pattern
ChooseGroundChallengeContextualize
Build

Test different models, expose AI's failure modes, and capture the role, voice, judgment, and boundaries every future agent should understand.

You'll have

Your Rules of Engagement and Global Identity, ready to carry into every agent you build.

02Week 2

Build agents for better decisions

Pattern
InterviewInstructTestVerify
Build

Configure agents around research, strategic thinking, and data analysis, then test each one on real decisions and real data.

You'll have

A Research Analyst, Strategic Advisor, Data Scientist, and your first working dashboard.

03Week 3

Turn agents into working systems

Pattern
DiscoverGroundConnectAutomate
Build

Design an agent around your professional craft, create reusable communication workflows, and connect recurring work to your calendar, inbox, and priorities.

You'll have

A Professional Specialist, Communication Expert, Operations Assistant, and an automated morning briefing.

04Week 4

Test agents on real work

Pattern
ExploreTestAssess
Build

Get hands-on with agentic tools on your own tasks, then capture a clear-eyed view of what agents can and cannot do yet.

You'll have

Real agent experience and a working read on where agents help and where they fail.

What you build

Build your Agent Team.

You start by defining how AI should work with you. Then you build six specialists around real work and bring them together under a Chief of Staff that helps coordinate the system.

Layer 1Shared foundation
  • Rules of Engagement

The standards, boundaries, verification, and pushback you expect from AI.

  • Global Identity

The role, context, voice, and judgment your entire Agent Team shares.

Layer 2Your specialists
  • Research Analyst

Researches across sources and verifies what it finds.

  • Strategic Advisor

Challenges your thinking and strengthens decisions.

  • Data Scientist

Analyzes real data and builds working dashboards.

  • Professional Specialist

Encodes the knowledge and methods of your profession.

  • Communication Expert

Produces important communication in your voice.

  • Operations Assistant

Runs recurring routines around your daily work.

Layer 3Coordination

Chief of Staff

Brings your specialists together around your priorities, context, and recurring work.

Your first AI helps you build the rest

Self-guided, but never on your own.

Before week one, every participant answers seven questions and creates a personalized AI Guide. Installed in their own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot, it gives tool-specific help, translates instructions, and troubleshoots problems throughout the training.

Every person receives support matched to their role, experience, and chosen tool, whether they join individually or as part of a company cohort.

My AI Guide

The step says to create a Project. I'm in Gemini and there's no Project button anywhere.

Gemini calls it a Gem. Same idea: a saved workspace with your instructions baked in. Open the left sidebar, click Explore Gems, then New Gem. Paste the instructions from step 2 into the box marked Instructions, and name it Research Analyst.

Done. It answered, but it ignored half of what I told it.

That usually means the instructions went into the chat instead of the Gem. Reopen it, look for the Instructions field rather than the message box, and paste there. Want me to shorten them first? Yours are long enough that the model is skimming.

Ask your Guide anything, in any week…
For teams and organizations

Give every employee their zero-to-one moment with AI.

Executive Catch-Up creates that experience person by person, across a team. Every participant builds with their own work, guided at their own level, while the organization gains a shared baseline for what capable AI use looks like.

Personalized at scale
Who it's for

For anyone who knows they could be getting more from AI.

Whether you're new to AI or use it every day, if it hasn't changed how you work, this training is for you.

  • Level

Beginner to intermediate. If you can write an email, you can do this work.

  • What you need

One paid AI tool, about $20 a month. No code, no technical background.

  • Time

About 3 hours a week, self-paced, plus optional live sessions.

Plenty of AI activity. Not much AI capability.

Your people have access. They haven't built it into the work.

Everyone experiments. Nobody has a repeatable system.

People can use AI. Far fewer can build with it.

AI use is growing. The depth is wildly inconsistent.

Teams use AI and still work the same way.

Scattered wins. No repeatable way of working.

Your strongest people are ready to move past prompting.

Pricing

One training. One price.

Join on your own, or bring a team into the same company cohort. Every participant gets the full four-week training, the live sessions, the template library, and everything they build.

FAQ

Got questions? Start here.

Still unsure whether it's the right fit? Email us and we'll help you scope it.

+Who is this for?
Anyone who uses AI but is not yet getting real value from it. Directors, VPs, and C-suite, but also founders, solopreneurs, and senior individual contributors. You do not need technical skills. You need to be willing to spend a few hours a week doing the work.
+I'm a complete beginner. Is this too advanced?
No. The training is built for beginners and intermediates. Every exercise is prescriptive and step-by-step. You need one paid AI tool and a willingness to experiment. If you can write an email, you can do this work.
+What is the time commitment?
About 3 hours per week of self-guided work, plus optional live sessions. The work is asynchronous and self-paced within each week, built for full-time professionals with packed calendars.
+Will I actually work with agents, or just learn about them?
You work with agentic tools hands-on. The training moves from AI tools to automations to real work with agentic tools in Week 4, on your own tasks, so you see firsthand what is possible and where the limits are. You finish with real experience and a clear-eyed view of what agents can and cannot do yet, not a slide deck.
+How is this different from the Executive Agent Leadership?
Executive Catch-Up builds practical AI capability person by person, and it can be deployed across a team or a whole workforce. Each participant spends four weeks building a personal AI system around their real work. The Executive Agent Leadership is for the named team accountable for building agents, governance, and the operating model for the organization. Many companies use both: Catch-Up for broad capability, Agent Leadership for the core transformation team.
+Can we enroll a team in the same cohort?
Yes, and that is the normal way a company buys. Put every seat on one order and they all join the same Catch-Up cohort by default. After payment you get a seat-assignment link that stays live: add each person's name and email as you confirm them, and put an individual into a later cohort at the moment you assign their seat if the dates do not work for them. You can leave seats blank and come back to the link later. Once a seat has been assigned it locks, so a swap after that goes through registration@besuper.ai.
+What can company administrators see?
Your seats and your roster: how many seats you own on each training, which are taken, and who holds them. You manage the roster yourself from a seat-assignment link that stays live, so you can buy now and name people as you confirm them, reassign a seat when someone changes, and add capacity when you need more. Your order, invoice, and registration number stay available for finance. If your L&D or finance process needs a particular report, email us and we will set it up.
+Can participants use our company-approved AI tool?
Yes. The training is tool-agnostic across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot. Each participant tells their AI Guide which tool they use, and the Guide translates every step into that tool's own features and naming. Everyone needs a paid plan on their tool, around $20 a month, or a company license for one. Participants work inside your approved tool with their own account, so whatever data policy you already have on that tool is the policy that applies.
+Do you support purchase orders or vendor procurement?
Yes. On the registration form you can request a formal quote for procurement, or have an invoice emailed to you instead of paying by card. Invoices are due on receipt and carry your billing company, address, and PO number when you have one. Pay by card or ACH bank transfer; above $10,000 the order moves to ACH, wire, or invoice. Anything your process needs that the form does not cover, email us and we will set it up.
+Am I building agents or learning how to build them?
Both. You build a working Agent Team, but every build teaches a repeatable pattern you can use to design, test, and improve the next agent yourself.
+What is the difference between Rules of Engagement and Global Identity?
Your Rules of Engagement define how you want to work with AI, including the standards, boundaries, and challenge you expect. Your Global Identity captures the role, context, voice, and judgment that your agents need in order to work like they belong to you.
+What does “using AI to build AI” mean?
You use your personalized AI Guide to help configure, test, and improve the agents you build. Your first AI helps you build the rest, while you learn the method well enough to repeat it yourself.
