Terms of Service

Superintelligent, Inc., 2248 Broadway, Suite 1034, New York, NY 10024, United States. When you complete registration, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you are buying seats for other people, on behalf of your organization.

We run cohort-based executive AI training programs, currently Executive Catch-Up, Executive Agent Leadership, and the Executive Bundle that combines them. Each program runs on a published schedule with live sessions and supporting materials.

The programs are training. They are not consulting, and they are not software we install or operate inside your environment.

A seat entitles one named person to take part in one program cohort. A bundle seat entitles one named person to take part in both programs.

After you pay, you assign each seat to the person who will attend. Seats are for the people you assign them to and are not shared between people. If you need to change who holds a seat before the program starts, email registration@besuper.ai and we will help.

You choose the cohort your seats join when you register. For a bundle seat you choose the Executive Catch-Up cohort, and we assign the Executive Agent Leadership cohort that follows it. You can move to a later eligible cohort where one is scheduled.

Occasionally we may need to move a session or a cohort start date. If that happens we will tell you as early as we can. If a rescheduled cohort no longer works for you, contact us and we will move your seats to another cohort or discuss a refund.

Prices are shown on the registration page in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply. The price for your order is the one shown when you complete registration.

You can pay by card or bank debit at checkout, or ask us to send an invoice. Larger orders are paid by bank debit or bank transfer rather than card. Invoices are due on receipt unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If you need a purchase order number or a signature on a quote, say so when you register and we will issue the paperwork before invoicing. Billing questions go to billing@besuper.ai.

You can request a full refund any time before the end of the first week of your program. After that, the engagement is underway and payments are non-refundable. The full terms are on our refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.

We own the program materials: the sessions, recordings, templates, guides, and anything else we provide. When you register we give your assigned attendees the right to use those materials inside your organization for your own business purposes, for as long as you like.

You may not resell the materials, publish them, or use them to run a competing training program. Please do not share your access with people outside your organization or record sessions without asking us first.

Anything your team creates during the program using what they learn is yours.

Sessions are live and other organizations are in the room. We ask everyone to behave professionally and to respect what other participants share. We may remove someone from a session or a cohort if their conduct is disruptive or abusive, and we will talk to you first wherever we reasonably can.

Participants often discuss real work. Treat what other organizations share in a session as confidential, and we will ask them to do the same with yours.

We will deliver the program with reasonable skill and care, and we stand behind it with the refund window above.

What the programs are worth to you depends on what your team does with them, so we cannot promise a particular business result, cost saving, or outcome. Beyond what is stated in these terms, the programs are provided as they are, without other warranties.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the program the claim relates to.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

Our privacy policy explains what information we collect and who processes it on our behalf, and forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you completed registration. If we make a significant change, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell registered buyers by email.
